If you are Graduated (from any jurisdiction) over 19 as July 1st of the previous school year (example Sep 2022 to June 2023 you would have to be 19 by July 1st of 2023 to be considered an adult) you will have to pay our $550 in course tuition as you are not funded by the Ministry
