Enrollment – Information

Thank you for enrollment with Delta Access Online school

Please review what we need based on your current schooling situation to process your enrollment

A) if you attend a High School in the Delta School District (this includes those of you choosing full time online but were registered to attend this fall) we have your information and you will receive your verification email with Moodle user login information by the next school day (Monday to Thursday)

B) if you attend a High School outside of the Delta School District (this includes those of you choosing full time online but were registered to attend this fall) we require the following before we enroll you and create your Moodle account – a scan or cell phone photo is fine – link on how to

  1. Photo Identification
    • passport, drivers licence,Canadian Citizenship Card
    • – anything with your legal name and date of birth that appeared on your registration
  2. Proof of Residency
    • this could include (like from your parents)
      • Mortgage or Purchase agreement
      • Property Tax assessment
      • Rental Agreement
      • Current Month rental receipt or letter from landlord
      • District Verification of address by Landlord form, if none of above are available (contact us for form)
      • Letter for your high school stating your are enrolled there currently

C) if you are not attending high school and have not graduated you will need to contact our Delta Community College

  • an advisor will meet with you to discuss your enrollment and grad plan
  • you will also need to provide the information listed in B) or D)

D) if you are not attending high school and have graduated (from any jurisdiction in the world) we require the following before we enroll you and create your Moodle account – a scan or cell phone photo is fine – link on how to

  1. Proof of Graduation – unless you graduated for a Delta District School then just let us know what you send in the rest
  2. Photo Identification

If over 19 as of Jul 1st of the last school year you may owe tuition – you should have reviewed this prior to registering – if not view here for information

If you course requires payment please call CALL 604-940-5550

Once we have what we need we will enroll you in the course(s) you have requested and you will receive a verification to complete your Moodle account set up and how to contact your teacher(s) so you can get started.
